Quality Manager – Industrial Manufacturing

About the role

Scalian is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives within industrial manufacturing operations. You will ensure compliance with standards, drive continuous improvement, and support our clients across sectors such as energy, transport, and health.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality management activities and ensure adherence to technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Conduct audits and implement improvement programs using LEAN, 5S, FMEA, QRQC, and 8D methodologies.
• Manage non‑conformities, corrective actions, and supplier quality performance.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive actions to enhance product quality and operational performance.
• Provide technical expertise in metallurgy, welding, assembly, dimensional inspection, NDT, and hydraulic systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in Mechanical Engineering with hands‑on knowledge of metallurgy, welding, assembly, dimensional inspection, NDT, and hydraulic systems.
• Proven track record in Quality Management within complex industrial organizations.
• Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written).
