Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the site‑wide quality function at Phibro’s Medolla facility, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and supporting the delivery of safe, effective animal health products. Reporting to senior management, you will provide technical expertise, drive continuous improvement, and act as the primary liaison during regulatory inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on quality and compliance issues across the site.
• Guide QA operations, oversee deviation investigations and implement corrective‑and‑preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain schedules for review and approval of GMP documentation to meet commercial supply timelines.
• Support operations, engineering, supply chain and material movement for commercial products.
• Ensure timely approval of QA documents and procedures for technology transfers and new product introductions.
• Lead root‑cause analyses, CAPA proposals and drive improvement initiatives.
• Review and approve SOPs, batch records, validation protocols and related reports.
• Set departmental objectives, monitor performance of direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
• Prepare regulatory submissions, lead inspection readiness activities and manage audit responses.
• Audit GMP suppliers and providers in accordance with the PAHC Supplier Management program.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading quality assurance functions in a GMP‑regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of animal health or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage investigations, audits and regulatory interactions.
• Leadership skills to develop teams, set objectives and drive performance.
