Receptionist – Front Desk

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Agriresort Leano in Piazza Armerina. The role is based on‑site and involves welcoming guests, handling reservations and supporting daily office operations, including breakfast service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests with a warm, courteous attitude.
• Manage room reservations and update the booking system.
• Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries and forward messages appropriately.
• Assist with breakfast preparation and service during the morning shift.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, document handling and office supply management.
• Use hospitality management software (e.g., Zucchetti, Beddy) to record transactions and generate reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in front‑desk or receptionist duties, especially telephone etiquette.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment with attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving mindset and a cheerful, proactive attitude.
• Multilingual ability is a significant advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Zucchetti management software.
• Familiarity with Beddy management software.
