About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Team Lead to drive a high‑performing talent acquisition function for our partner company in Italy. This remote‑first leadership position combines hands‑on hiring with people management, ensuring critical technical roles are filled quickly, with quality and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment delivery for multiple technical positions, guaranteeing timely, high‑quality placements.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, setting clear objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
• Own the intake process with hiring managers, defining role requirements and guiding expectations.
• Monitor pipelines, analyze conversion metrics, identify bottlenecks, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers through regular updates and proactive communication.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to allocate resources and maintain healthy candidate pipelines.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline conversion.
• Support talent pipeline initiatives by keeping qualified candidates engaged for future opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior recruiter role.
• Proven success recruiting senior software engineers or specialized technical professionals, preferably in consulting, professional services, or high‑growth tech environments.
• Strong experience managing multiple recruitment projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
