About the role

Medicasa Italia is seeking a Quality and Training Coordinator for its Healthcare Division. The role will support a large network of home‑care professionals—including nurses, physiotherapists, physicians and health assistants—and will be pivotal in launching a new palliative‑care service.

Key responsibilities

• Organise specialist and mandatory training programmes to meet accreditation requirements.
• Define and implement Medicasa’s annual training plan.
• Collaborate with the IT department and external vendors to develop and optimise an electronic clinical record tool.
• Ensure the triennial update of clinical‑sanitary procedures based on scientific literature and accreditation standards.
• Draft new procedures to support the introduction of additional technical activities.
• Contribute to the team’s scientific output, preparing and publishing material for conferences.
• Participate actively in initiatives related to the new palliative‑care market.
• Provide transversal support to the Health Direction team, ensuring flexibility across departmental activities.

Required profile

• Experience in home‑care services and palliative care.
• Solid background in nursing practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s degree considered a plus).
• Previous experience in a health‑direction or management role.
• Strong IT aptitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with information technology tools and electronic health record systems.
