Regional Communication Specialist - Rome Based

About the role

Lush is looking for a Regional Communication Specialist to join its Italy Communications team. Based in Rome, you will help raise brand awareness and position the flagship store on Via del Corso as a cultural hub, using storytelling, events and media relations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local and regional journalists across TV, radio, print and online.
• Develop proactive PR pitches and identify local media opportunities.
• Create and execute in‑store events, press visits and creator collaborations.
• Produce timely, culturally relevant content for social and earned media.
• Support the PR & Communication Manager with regional storytelling angles.
• Monitor media coverage and report on PR performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public relations or communications, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of the Italian media landscape and cultural trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate with local store teams.
