Regional Financial Controller

About the role

Hard Rock International is looking for a Regional Financial Controller to oversee financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting across its operations. The role ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while supporting the Operations Management team and a small finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate internal P&L reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Supervise invoice processing, payments and overall accounts payable function.
• Manage payroll processing, develop payroll policies and act as a key resource on employment law matters.
• Oversee credit control, ensuring timely billing and collection of receivables.
• Maintain the internal control environment through balance‑sheet reconciliations and compliance oversight.
• Coordinate local reporting matters and liaise with external accountants and auditors.

Required profile

• Proven financial management experience in a similar controller role.
• Strong knowledge of local laws, taxes, licences and standard finance/accounting practices.
• Ability to build effective relationships with all management levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• University degree in business, accounting or finance.
