Regional Key Account Director – Beauty & Personal Care Packaging

About the role

We are a fast‑growing global provider of premium primary packaging for skincare, colour cosmetics and fragrance brands. As Regional Key Account Director you will be the senior commercial lead for our most strategic beauty brand accounts across the region, driving growth and shaping long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional account strategies to exceed revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify, qualify and close high‑value opportunities in skincare, makeup and fragrance.
• Serve as the primary contact for key retail and brand stakeholders, presenting tailored packaging innovations and custom tool proposals.
• Own joint business plans, master service agreements, pricing and discount structures while protecting gross‑to‑net margins.
• Collaborate with project development, design and manufacturing teams in China to ensure on‑time delivery of custom molds and bespoke packages.
• Monitor industry trends, especially sustainable and PPWR‑compliant packaging, to position our agile manufacturing capabilities.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of progressive commercial experience in cosmetics, beauty or personal‑care packaging.
• Proven track record managing strategic national or global accounts at leading packaging firms.
• Established network of procurement, product development and marketing decision‑makers in prestige or indie beauty brands.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership, forecasting, pricing analysis and margin optimisation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, executive‑level negotiation skills and resilience in a multicultural environment.
