Regional Manager – Corporate Welfare

About the role

Satispay is expanding its corporate welfare portfolio across northern Italy. As Regional Manager you will own the sales pipeline, drive new client acquisition and grow existing accounts, working closely with the Key Account Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to acquire new corporate clients and upsell existing accounts.
• Manage high‑volume outbound prospecting, including cold outreach, LinkedIn sequences and data‑driven targeting.
• Own a regional territory of employers (up to 3,000 employees), mapping and targeting strategic accounts.
• Achieve individual and area targets for meal voucher volumes and fringe‑benefit solutions.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers on post‑onboarding alignment and joint client meetings.
• Adapt quickly to changes in the Welfare Business Unit, maintaining ownership and problem‑solving mindset.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of new‑business development experience with a strong outbound sales focus.
• Proven track record managing long sales cycles, pipeline metrics and target achievement.
• Expertise in structured outbound methodologies and converting cold prospects into enterprise accounts.
• Strong orientation to results, budget governance and volume‑based KPIs.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑changing environments and pivot strategy as needed.
• Consultative, value‑based selling style to communicate welfare solutions to HR and executives.
