Remote Emergency Medicine Physician – AI Clinical Reviewer

About the role

This contract position allows an experienced physician to work remotely with Turing’s AI research team. You will apply your clinical expertise to shape the behavior of large language models, ensuring they provide safe, accurate, and empathetic medical advice.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic clinical scenarios covering acute, chronic, and preventive care.
• Assess AI‑generated responses for diagnostic correctness, clinical judgment, and evidence‑based reasoning.
• Identify knowledge gaps across internal medicine subspecialties and report them to the research team.
• Collaborate with AI scientists and fellow clinicians to refine model performance.
• Provide structured feedback that guides future AI development for clinical and educational use.

Required profile

• MD or equivalent with active clinical practice within the past 3 years.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine (or equivalent).
• Strong command of the full spectrum of internal medicine, including acute care, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine.
• Excellent written and spoken English, able to explain complex reasoning in patient‑friendly language.
• Education from a top‑tier institution is preferred.
