About the role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Rental Agent to join our team at Venice Airport. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for national and international customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant car‑rental experience.

Key responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
Manage bookings and prepare rental contracts for the vehicle fleet.
Advise customers and sell additional products that match their needs.
Handle invoicing, payments and related administrative tasks.
Oversee vehicle check‑in and check‑out procedures.

Required profile

Previous experience in customer service and sales.
Advanced level of English.
Availability for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, five days a week.
Valid driving licence.
