Reservation Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As the first point of contact for guests at Aman Rosa Alpina, the Reservation Agent creates the initial impression of the luxury experience. You will handle all reservation enquiries, provide detailed information about the property and its exclusive services, and ensure each booking is recorded with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to phone and email reservation enquiries, presenting room categories, seasonal experiences and ancillary services.
• Build and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth guests and travel partners, recording preferences and special requests.
• Upsell room categories and promote additional services such as spa, dining and heli‑transfers to optimise revenue.
• Enter and maintain guest profiles, billing instructions and special requirements accurately in the Property Management System.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Concierge teams to guarantee a seamless transition from booking to arrival.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Previous experience in 4‑ or 5‑star luxury hospitality or a high‑end travel agency.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hospitality Property Management Systems such as Opera or Protel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
