About the role

Villa Lario, an exclusive 20‑suite property on Lake Como, is seeking a dedicated Reception and Concierge Manager to lead daily hospitality operations. The role ensures guests experience a luxurious "home away from home" atmosphere throughout their stay, whether they are visiting for a meal, an event, or a relaxing weekend.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations, occupancy planning, and commercial rate strategy in collaboration with management.
• Oversee housekeeping, night audit, bellboy, and maintenance teams to guarantee immaculate rooms and public areas.
• Maintain the reception lobby and ensure seamless guest check‑in/check‑out processes.
• Provide personalized concierge services, guiding guests to local attractions, dining, and event experiences.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to align service standards with Villa Lario’s luxury brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience in front‑desk or concierge management within luxury hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to optimize room occupancy.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.
• Leadership capability to motivate and coordinate a small, multidisciplinary team.
