About the role

Join Premier Capital Hellas, the operator of 32 McDonald’s restaurants in Greece, as a crew member in the Piraeus area. You will be part of a nationwide team that delivers the iconic McDonald’s experience to thousands of guests every day.

Key responsibilities

Serve guests quickly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Prepare and assemble menu items according to McDonald’s standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and work areas.
Operate equipment safely and follow food safety procedures.
Work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required profile

High School Diploma.
Good command of English.
Ability to work on a rotating schedule.
Team‑oriented mindset.
Passion for food.
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
