About the role

Join Premier Capital Hellas, the operator of 32 McDonald’s restaurants in Greece, as a crew member in the Piraeus area. You will be part of a nationwide team that delivers the iconic McDonald’s experience to thousands of guests every day.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests quickly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and work areas.
• Operate equipment safely and follow food safety procedures.
• Work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work on a rotating schedule.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Passion for food.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
