Retail Business Consultant

About the role

The Retail Business Consultant will support the growth and profitability of Bridgestone’s First Stop Network in the assigned territory. Acting as the main point of contact for partner retailers, the consultant will implement network strategies, drive sales performance and ensure alignment with Bridgestone Europe and First Stop Italy guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high‑quality tyre and non‑tyre prospects to expand network coverage.
• Support partners with onboarding, monitoring, and ongoing development.
• Share business insights and updates with recruited dealers.
• Foster growth of existing partners (farming) to maintain network quality.
• Boost point‑of‑sale sales and revenue through business development and profitability initiatives.
• Organise local meetings with partner suppliers’ sales forces.
• Present commercial conditions of partner suppliers and set performance targets.

Required profile

• Experience in retail network development or business consulting.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with partners.
• Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
