Retail Sales Associate

About the role

PUMA is looking for enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join its Castel Romano store. You will work in a dynamic, sport‑focused environment, delivering the brand’s high‑standard customer service and contributing to store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service aligned with PUMA’s brand values.
• Achieve personal and store sales targets, KPIs and profitability goals.
• Accurately process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards according to PUMA guidelines.
• Handle inbound and outbound merchandise responsibly.
• Identify product opportunities and communicate insights to the management team.

Required profile

• Open to all genders; candidates with retail experience are preferred.
• Passion for the PUMA brand and interest in the commercial sector.
• Friendly, reliable, customer‑oriented personality.
• Team‑player with a quick learning ability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver high‑level assistance.
• Basic computer literacy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MSP software (or similar retail management tools).
