Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the full recruitment lifecycle for store‑based positions within the luxury retail environment. You will source, screen, interview and hire talent such as Client Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers and Store Directors, ensuring alignment with Prada’s brand values and client experience standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruiting process: job posting, CV screening, interviews, shortlist presentation, offer definition and feedback.
• Proactively source candidates using digital tools and the SuccessFactors ATS.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Total Rewards and Learning & Development to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Maintain talent pipelines and act as a brand ambassador throughout the recruitment journey.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager, including document handling, reporting and interview logistics.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of recruitment experience in a structured international company or agency.
• Strong knowledge of the fashion & luxury retail sector and store‑based hiring.
• Excellent communication, autonomy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel as needed.
