Revenue Manager – Hotel & Golf Resort

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Revenue Manager to take full ownership of pricing, forecasting and channel strategy for our family‑friendly resort in the Tuscan Maremma. You will work closely with the General Manager and Sales & Marketing team to maximise RevPAR, ADR and occupancy across all room categories and seasonal packages.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute rate strategy, pricing and forecasting for rooms, golf and wellness packages.
• Manage pricing in the Revenue Management System, ensuring rates are accurate, competitive and profitable.
• Maintain rate parity across the website, OTAs, GDS and tour operators.
• Own channel management setup and coordinate distribution strategy.
• Analyse demand, competitor pricing and market trends to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Build short‑, mid‑ and long‑term forecasts and budgets in collaboration with leadership.
• Monitor KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, pick‑up, pace) and translate insights into action.
• Support contract negotiations with tour operators, corporate partners and OTAs.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in hotel revenue management, preferably in a resort, golf or leisure environment.
• Fluent English; Italian and/or German are a plus.
• Ability to work independently while staying closely connected with hotel leadership.
• Detail‑oriented, structured and proactive approach.

• Revenue Management System (e.g., RateBoard, IDeaS, Duetto)
• Channel management tools
• Hotel PMS familiarity (ASA, Mews)
