Room Service Waiter – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As a Room Service Waiter at Aman Rosa Alpina, you will deliver a private, refined dining experience directly to guests' rooms and suites. You will uphold the high standards of the hotel’s dining venues while providing discreet, attentive service.

Key responsibilities

• Take room‑service orders by phone, confirming dietary preferences and special requests with a courteous tone.
• Prepare trays and trolleys with precise mise‑en‑place, ensuring all condiments, cutlery and linens are perfectly arranged.
• Deliver orders promptly to guest suites or terraces, setting the dining area according to Aman standards.
• Inspect each dish for correct temperature and presentation before leaving the kitchen.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to remove used trays discreetly and efficiently.
• Assist with mini‑bar restocking and maintenance when needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in in‑room dining or food‑and‑beverage service within a luxury hotel.
• Fluent in English and Italian, with clear, warm telephone communication.
• High level of professionalism and respect for guest privacy.
• Physical stamina to handle heavy trays and move quickly through the property.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills to meet promised delivery times.
