Sales Account Manager – Italy

About the role

TheFork is looking for a Sales Account Manager to grow its restaurant portfolio in Italy. You will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of TheFork’s digital solutions, building strong relationships with restaurant partners, and ensuring a high‑quality experience for diners.

Key responsibilities

• Generate incremental revenue month over month by selling TheFork solutions to restaurants.
• Negotiate win‑win conditions that optimise restaurant margins and increase seat‑occupancy rates.
• Act as the primary point of contact, fostering long‑term relationships with restaurant clients.
• Provide email and phone support, assisting clients with positioning strategy, revenue management and online marketing.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design promotional plans, including festivals, YUMS and SUPER YUMS offers.
• Monitor compliance with TheFork terms & conditions and quality policies to guarantee an excellent B2C experience.
• Deliver training and support for TheFork tools and convey user requirements to product teams.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Experience supporting customers via email and phone.
• Understanding of restaurant positioning, revenue management and online marketing concepts.
• Strong negotiation skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
