About the role
A fashion brand is recruiting a Sales Assistant for its new store in Venice through a recruitment agency. The position is fixed term and pays between €25,000 and €30,000.
Key responsibilities
- Guarantee the smooth operation of the store and maintain high energy on the sales floor
- Approach customers, advise them on products and help persuade them to buy
- Resolve customer issues and ensure their needs are met
- Act as an ambassador of the brand and ensure a good work environment
- Coordinate with external suppliers to keep the store maintained
- Assist all sales team members and control checkout and bank transfers
- Handle stock activities and ensure correct merchandise management
- Achieve sales goals and work with multiple customers at once
Required profile
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail
- Fluent Italian and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, outgoing and proactive attitude
- Customer-oriented and multi-tasking
