About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Milan boutique. You will be the first point of contact for a discerning clientele, delivering a premium shopping experience that reflects the brand’s rock‑n‑roll luxury ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing personalized advice to build loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets by using key commercial indicators and promoting the brand.
• Handle cash desk procedures, process transactions, and manage returns or repairs.
• Receive, label, and display merchandise according to visual guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize the sales floor.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish the floor, and support inventory control.
• Prepare sales reports and ensure confidentiality of customer data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑end or luxury retail.
