Sales Assistant Internship – Milan Montenapoleone

About the role

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant Intern to join the prestigious Montenapoleone boutique in Milan. You will support the boutique team in delivering the brand’s legendary customer experience while gaining hands‑on exposure to luxury retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and sales team in achieving individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Provide a welcoming, client‑focused environment through in‑person, phone, and digital interactions.
• Help develop and maintain the local and international client book, identifying and nurturing top clients.
• Learn product stories and convey detailed product knowledge to customers.
• Resolve client issues in partnership with the team, ensuring satisfaction for both the client and the business.
• Participate in boutique upkeep, including cleaning, reorganising fitting rooms, and managing product displays.
• Support back‑office tasks such as preparing deliveries and packaging.

Required profile

• Interest in, and preferably prior experience with, retail or customer‑service environments.
• Currently enrolled in a university program.
