Sales Assistant – Luxury Fashion Boutique

About the role

Dsquared2 is seeking a Sales Assistant to join its flagship boutique in Milan. The role combines luxury fashion expertise with a passion for delivering personalized shopping experiences to an international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage local and visiting customers, creating a warm and upscale atmosphere.
• Provide tailored product recommendations by understanding client preferences, style, and purchase history.
• Present the Dsquared2 collections, sharing brand stories and highlighting design details.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist in creating compelling in‑store displays.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, identifying additional opportunities based on client needs.
• Support stock handling, deliveries, inventory checks and manage e‑commerce marketplace orders under store manager guidance.
• Uphold the brand’s dress code, grooming standards and represent the boutique’s exclusive image.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail, or a similarly customer‑focused environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Adaptable, purposeful and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience using CRM systems for customer management.
