Sales Assistant – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Sales Assistant for its boutique inside La Rinascente in Rome. As a brand ambassador, you will contribute to sales growth, embody Dior’s values, and deliver an exceptional, personalized experience to every client.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets using proven sales techniques.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and convey the stories behind each item.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide a tailored retail ceremony, advising clients on product selection and add‑on sales.
• Maintain and develop the client database, fostering strong relationships and client loyalty.
• Create a welcoming, client‑focused environment both in‑store and through phone or electronic communication.
• Collaborate with management to resolve client issues promptly.
• Support back‑office activities such as product reception, quality control, stock updates, and packaging preparation.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail sales.
• Strong product expertise and ability to meet sales KPIs.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Problem‑solving attitude and ability to work closely with the management team.
