About the role

Bulgari Italia is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant for its flagship store on Via Montenapoleone in Milan. This entry‑level position offers a unique chance to start a career in luxury retail, supporting the client experience in an exclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support client advisors and assist all customers entering the store, whether they are browsing, purchasing, handling after‑sales matters, or lodging complaints.
• Assist the sales process from greeting to packaging, adhering to Bulgari’s delivery standards.
• Maintain the front area of the shop, ensuring cleanliness and that products are displayed according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Perform front‑office activities, acting as a proactive point of contact to continuously pursue and restore customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Strong passion for the Bulgari brand and its values.
• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of an additional language is highly preferred.
• Outstanding customer orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, eager to learn and develop retail‑operation skills.
