Sales Assistant – Luxury Retail (Rome)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our luxury retail team at Rinascente Tritone in Rome. You will be the face of the Santoni brand, helping international customers discover and purchase our premium footwear and accessories while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell products by identifying the needs of international customers.
• Advise customers on the full Santoni collection, providing detailed product knowledge.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long‑term relationships.
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Represent the company’s projects and values with passion and professionalism.

Required profile

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Strong customer focus, excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

• Competitive commission: 1 % on footwear sales and 2 % on accessories.
• Monthly target bonus of €350.
