Sales Assistant – Milan Galleria Boutique

About the role

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Sales Assistant for its Milan Galleria boutique. You will be the face of the Maison, delivering premium customer service and contributing to the store’s sales performance in a luxury fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent, personalized customer care in line with Dior standards.
• Manage client relationships, present products, and convey the brand image effectively.
• Support sales growth by meeting targets and promoting new collections.
• Mentor and coach new team members, ensuring consistent brand induction.
• Build customer loyalty through CRM activities, follow‑up contacts, and event support.
• Maintain a welcoming, client‑focused atmosphere across in‑store, phone, and digital channels.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of selling techniques.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 360 and basic computer tools.
