Sales Assistant – New Store Opening in Rome

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join the brand‑new adidas Originals store on Via del Babuino in Rome. In this role you will help deliver an outstanding customer experience, drive sales and act as a genuine ambassador for the adidas brand.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPI objectives.
• Provide excellent consumer service following the adidas customer‑service model.
• Represent adidas values on the shop floor with strong product knowledge.
• Support daily store operations, including stockroom tasks, replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Execute sales transactions accurately and follow cash‑handling procedures.
• Maintain store safety, security and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet collective goals.

Required profile

• 1–2 months of retail experience, preferably in sports or fashion.
• Passion for retail, sports and delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Flexibility to support both sales‑floor and stockroom duties.
• Good command of English and Italian.
