Sales & Business Development Representative – Monza (12‑month contract)

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for a Sales & Business Development Representative to join its regional sales team in Monza on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be responsible for building new partnerships with restaurants and stores, helping them join the platform and grow their business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, pitch and close new restaurant and store partners across the Monza region.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of local dining trends and emerging venues.
• Support partners throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience with Deliveroo’s technology.
• Communicate with partners via visits, email, phone or social media to address questions and overcome objections.
• Attend industry meet‑ups and events to promote Deliveroo and expand the network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably targeting new business.
• Comfortable engaging with partners face‑to‑face, by phone or email.
• Strong negotiation skills and a tenacious attitude.
• Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus.
