About the role
Hostaway is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive outbound growth in the Spanish‑ and Portuguese‑speaking market across Europe. This fully remote position will focus on generating qualified leads for our AI‑powered vacation‑rental management platform.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and key decision‑makers in target industries.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email outreach and social selling.
- Engage prospects to understand their needs and communicate Hostaway’s value proposition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
Required profile
- Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong prospecting and cold‑calling abilities.
- Highly motivated self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese, fluent English (written and verbal).
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot).
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
