Sales Director – Measurement Instrumentation (Italy)

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Sales Director to lead its Measurement Solutions business in Italy. Based in Seregno, you will shape strategy, drive growth and lead a high‑performing sales team across the national market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute long‑term growth strategies and strengthen customer partnerships.
• Lead, coach and develop a diverse sales organization to exceed bookings and profit targets.
• Transform sales processes, leveraging CRM tools, digital solutions and go‑to‑market approaches.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring of bookings, gross profit, expenses and headcount.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and represent Emerson in strategic commercial discussions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to capture growth opportunities in strategic accounts and projects.
• Contribute to Italy leadership team on business strategy, talent development and regional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, environmental and trade standards.
