About the role

The Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP) is a fast‑track opportunity for ambitious individuals to launch a career in sales with a global leader in wine and spirits. Participants start in foundational sales positions and progress to district‑manager responsibilities while gaining exposure to a portfolio of iconic brands.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company’s brands to retailers and on‑premise accounts in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve volume and profit targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Lead and mentor junior sales staff as you advance to district‑manager roles.
