About the role

As a Sales Manager at Adlook, a leading ad tech company, you will drive revenue growth by developing business with upper‑funnel focus clients and agencies. You will use Adlook’s innovative advertising solutions to cultivate relationships and secure new business.

Key responsibilities

• Build awareness and adoption of Adlook branding solutions through client presentations, conference attendance, and direct sales efforts.
• Drive new business and engage senior advertiser executives to expand deals.
• Identify and prioritize connections with key decision‑makers across large corporate advertisers and media agencies.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, educating businesses about Adlook offerings and staying informed on industry trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital ad sales with a proven track record selling to brands and agencies.
• Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
• Excellent media, communication, and presentation skills, especially at executive level.
• Consultative, diagnosis‑driven selling approach and strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Enthusiasm for sales fundamentals, ability to measure effectiveness, and comfort engaging potential clients.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment, embracing change and autonomy.
• Fluent in Italian and English; willingness to travel for onsite client meetings.
