Sales Manager Italy – Fabriano Business

About the role

Fedrigoni is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for its Fabriano Business in Italy. You will lead a team of sales agents to grow market share across retail and wholesale channels for the Fabriano and Magnani 1404 brands.

Key responsibilities

• Implement growth strategies for the Fabriano and Magnani 1404 brands across school, fine arts, print making and stationery ranges.
• Drive the retail (direct and indirect) sales model, balancing wholesaler and direct‑to‑store sales.
• Supervise, motivate and support the network of sales agents throughout Italy.
• Define and manage the annual sales plan and budget, including special negotiations.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales Italy on new categories and store classes.
• Work cross‑functionally with trade marketing and customer care to ensure seamless service.
• Analyse sales data to identify improvement opportunities and share best‑practice presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a B2C commercial role with strong customer focus.
• Proven track record in key‑account management and sales‑agent team leadership.
• Experience in category management and developing retail strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in Italian.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about innovation.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Power BI knowledge (plus).
• PowerPoint for creating and delivering presentations.
