Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead revenue growth for Mangia’s Resorts by executing proactive sales initiatives, building strategic partnerships and managing key accounts across the UK, DACH and USA markets. The role aligns sales activities with the company’s business objectives and works closely with revenue management and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Increase production from existing consolidated clients.
• Identify new leisure business opportunities for both individual and group segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers and DMCs.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to adapt strategies.
• Analyse sales performance reports and market insights.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimise pricing and inventory.
• Coordinate with Marketing for promotional campaigns and brand positioning.
• Represent the property at trade shows, networking events and industry fairs.
• Present the hotel in B2B meetings and presentations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality, preferably in the leisure segment (tour operators, wholesalers, travel agencies, DMCs).
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Positive attitude, flexibility and results‑driven mindset.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
