About the role
Anaergia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its commercial activities in the Treviglio region. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening the company’s market position for sustainable energy and waste‑to‑resource technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Define and collaborate on revenue targets for the region.
- Manage internal and external sales networks, ensuring effective coverage of the market.
- Represent Anaergia at trade fairs, conferences and other communication events.
- Gather and relay market feedback on technology solutions to internal teams.
- Identify and engage potential customers and partners, both public and private.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in economics, law, engineering or related scientific fields.
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in the relevant sector.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of Anaergia’s technical solutions.
- Fluent Italian (reading, writing, speaking).
- Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Understanding of plant sizing, budgeting, construction timelines and after‑sales management.
