Sales Representative – Bolzano

About the role

Holidu, a fast‑growing vacation‑rental technology company, is looking for a Sales Representative to join its Bolzano office. You will contact vacation‑rental owners, present Holidu’s solution, and guide them through the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to vacation‑rental owners via cold calling and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
• Track daily activities and monitor progress against monthly targets.
• Travel regularly within the assigned region to gather market insights.
• Support onboarding of new team members and share best practices with international sales teams.
• Assist in organizing events that promote Holidu and build a community of hosts.

Required profile

• Highly self‑motivated with strong persuasion skills on phone and in person.
• Positive, solution‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently and organized.
• Empathetic personality that fosters strong interpersonal relationships.
• Near‑native German proficiency, fluent English, and preferably Italian.
• Experience in sales, account management, travel industry or online business is a plus but not mandatory.

• Competitive OTE ranging from €41,000 to €48,260 gross per year (70% fixed, 30% variable).
• Variable pay with a multiplier up to 1.3× for strong over‑achievement and potential earnings up to 350% of target.
