Sales Representative – Remote (Olbia) – 12‑month contract

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join Holidu’s Sardinia sales team, working remotely from Olbia. In this 12‑month fixed‑term role you will help vacation‑rental owners discover how Holidu’s platform can increase bookings while reducing workload.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact vacation‑rental owners in Sardinia through cold‑calling and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, achieving monthly targets.
• Track activities and results rigorously in the company’s CRM system.
• Travel regularly within the assigned region to gather market insights.
• Support onboarding of new team members and share best practices with international sales teams.
• Assist in organising promotional events and community‑building activities for hosts.
• Spend one week per quarter at Holidu’s Cagliari office for training and team collaboration (accommodation covered).

Required profile

• High level of self‑motivation and strong persuasive abilities on the phone and in person.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the vacation‑rental or hospitality sector.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a remote team culture.
• Willingness to travel within Sardinia and attend quarterly on‑site meetings.

What we offer

• On‑target earnings (OTE) between €37,000 and €43,270 per year, with 70 % fixed salary and 30 % performance‑based variable pay.
• Potential for variable pay multiplier up to 1.3× and earnings up to 350 % of the variable target.
