Sales Territory Manager – Emilia Romagna & Tuscany

About the role

Enovis, a fast‑growing medical‑technology company, is looking for a Sales Territory Manager to cover the Emilia Romagna and Tuscany regions in Italy. You will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s orthopaedic and recovery‑science brands, including Chattanooga, Compex and Aircast, to physiotherapy and related healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio while building new relationships in the assigned territory.
• Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal presentation, negotiation and order closing.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals and networking.
• Develop the commercial network with a focus on the physiotherapy channel.
• Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure targets and development goals are met.
• Maintain strong client relationships, driving up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Represent Enovis at events, trade fairs and training sessions as a lead‑generation tool.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the electromedical or physiotherapy sector.
• Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle and generate new opportunities.
• Strong goal orientation and negotiation skills.
• Team‑player attitude with willingness to travel across the territory.
• Good command of English.
