Seasonal Sales Assistant – Luxury Retail

About the role

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Seasonal Sales Assistant to join its boutique in Capri. As a brand ambassador, you will help drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and embody the luxury values of the house during the peak season.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily and seasonal sales targets using proven sales techniques.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, sharing the stories and craftsmanship behind each item.
• Maintain the client database, support clienteling activities, and develop relationships with both local and international guests.
• Deliver a personalized retail ceremony, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued.
• Assist with product reception, quality checks, stock updates, and preparation of deliveries and packaging.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail, preferably in a sales or client‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high‑end customer experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment and collaborate with the management team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in sales techniques and product storytelling.
• Experience managing client databases and clienteling tools.
• Basic knowledge of inventory handling and stock management.
