Senior Business Developer – Energy Conversion (Non‑IT)

About the role

Socomec is seeking a senior Business Developer to lead the growth of its energy conversion product line outside the IT sector. Based in Isola Vicentina, you will focus on expanding our presence in healthcare, industry and infrastructure markets across EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the non‑IT sector (healthcare, industry, infrastructure).
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet sales targets and increase market share.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot trends and emerging opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision‑makers, clients and partners.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and marketing teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

Required profile

• Technical degree with marketing/international business training or business degree with experience in electrical engineering/electrotechnics.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, pre‑sales or marketing.
• Proficiency in English and French (B2/C1 level).
• Willingness to travel 30‑40 % within the EMEA region.
