Senior Business Development Manager – Sports Category

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the sports category on the SHEIN platform. The role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with wholesalers and distributors to ensure a competitive and reliable product offering.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential sports suppliers, leveraging existing networks to expand the brand portfolio.
• Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities and contract terms to enable trial purchases and long‑term bulk agreements.
• Analyse EU sports market trends, forecast demand and recommend best‑selling items.
• Collaborate with global procurement, logistics and cross‑functional teams to optimise supply‑chain efficiency and monitor KPI performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of procurement, business development or vendor management experience within the sports industry.
• Established network of wholesalers and distributors across the EU.
• Deep understanding of EU sports wholesale processes and ability to engage suppliers quickly.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and strategic planning skills.
