Senior Buyer

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Senior Buyer to own sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and commercial performance. You will work at the crossroads of strategy, execution and supplier management, driving competitiveness, quality and value across the supply base.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead commodity strategy for the assigned perimeter.
• Prepare and manage RFQs aligned with sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate suppliers and present recommendations in decision meetings.
• Negotiate and formalise purchase agreements, ensuring commercial, technical and legal alignment.
• Oversee contract execution covering quality, logistics, development performance and capacity readiness.
• Manage and escalate supplier issues related to quality, logistics and obsolescence.
• Lead or support resourcing activities in line with commodity objectives.
• Drive purchasing performance through cost analysis, value optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and lead business reviews with suppliers.
• Handle purchasing administrative tasks such as purchase orders, amendments and reporting.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or strategic purchasing.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• Strong capability in cost analysis and negotiation.
• Experience managing supplier relationships in complex environments.
• Solid understanding of automotive products and technologies.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset with ability to work autonomously.

What we offer

• Salary range €43,000 – €52,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
• Collective agreement according to the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10).
