Senior CI-HUMINT Analyst – Counterintelligence & HUMINT

About the role

BLUEHAWK is seeking a seasoned Senior CI-HUMINT Analyst to support a long‑term contract for the U.S. Army and the Intelligence Community. You will provide strategic counterintelligence and human intelligence analysis that protects U.S. interests, supports force‑protection initiatives, and counters foreign intelligence threats.

Key responsibilities

• Produce strategic CI‑HUMINT reports, assessments, briefings, and executive‑level intelligence products.
• Analyze asymmetric threats, foreign intelligence entities, technical intelligence threats, and vulnerabilities impacting U.S. interests worldwide.
• Develop threat assessments, trend analyses, white papers, and information papers.
• Integrate HUMINT, CI, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and other all‑source intelligence to deliver timely finished intelligence.
• Support the development of CONOPS, OPLANs, OPORDs, and strategic collection‑management plans.
• Conduct complex all‑source CI analytic production for Army Counterintelligence missions.
• Assist CI‑HUMINT targeting, collection planning, operational deconfliction, and intelligence oversight activities.
• Brief senior military leaders and government stakeholders on findings and recommendations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to complete a Counterintelligence‑Scope Polygraph.
• 12+ years CI‑HUMINT analysis experience; 8+ years supporting strategic Military Intelligence or IC organizations; 5+ years analyzing regional and functional CI‑HUMINT issues.
• One of the required certifications (e.g., DoD Intelligence Fundamentals, CDASA Level I & II, CCMP‑F).
• Relevant government training such as Joint CI/HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course or DIA Targeting Officer Course.
