Join Redcare Pharmacy, the European leader in e-pharmacy, as a Senior Commercial Buyer within our Strategic Procurement Italy team. In this high-impact role, you will drive the commercial performance of our pharmacy assortments (OTC, supplements, cosmetics) and shape the future of digital healthcare retail in Italy.

Missions principales

• Drive commercial performance for pharmacy categories including OTC, dietary supplements, and cosmetics.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations to optimize commercial terms, rebates, and payment conditions.
• Develop and execute strategic annual negotiations and mid-year renegotiations.
• Manage a large-scale portfolio of suppliers and significant purchase volumes.
• Design and negotiate impactful promotional plans to boost market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic procurement goals.

Profil recherché

• Proven track record in strategic purchasing or category management.
• Strong expertise in retail sectors: Pharmacy, Parapharmacy, Dermocosmetics, or Beauty.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets and complex supplier relationships.
• Proactive mindset with a strong commercial orientation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
