Senior Construction Project Manager – Solar PV

About the role

Enfinity Global is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of photovoltaic (PV) plant projects in Italy. You will oversee construction activities from design through commissioning, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design professionals to review plans and specifications.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with EPC and O&M partners.
• Hire, supervise, and motivate subcontractors and construction crews.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Secure permits and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Monitor progress, proactively address issues, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate internal site managers and external service providers such as engineering, environmental, and health & safety consultants.
• Prepare and hand over close‑out documentation to the Asset Management team.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (preferred).
• Extensive experience in solar PV construction and management, either from an EPC or owner perspective.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and autonomous work capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; Italian and Spanish are a plus.
• Willingness to travel and stay on‑site as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using MS Project.
• Knowledge of CAD software.
