Senior Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Controller to lead financial planning, reporting and analysis across our international markets. The role supports strategic decisions, ensures accurate governance and drives performance insights for new market entries and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance of international markets, analysing revenues, margins and profitability by region, channel and customer segment.
• Partner with commercial teams to evaluate business performance, pricing structures and promotional investments.
• Conduct variance analysis versus budget, forecast and prior periods to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support business cases for new market entries, product launches and commercial strategies.
• Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual corporate reporting packages in line with group guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reporting systems and entities.
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned markets, coordinating with local teams.
• Develop analytical reports and dashboards to support management decision‑making.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial regulations.
• Enhance controlling processes, tools and methodologies to improve analysis speed and quality.
• Drive standardisation of reporting templates and KPIs across markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 5–8 years of controlling experience, preferably in an international, commercial‑driven environment.
• Strong understanding of P&L dynamics, pricing models and commercial performance metrics.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

• Advanced Excel.
• Financial reporting tools such as SAP, Hyperion and Power BI.
