About the role
Hughes-Castell is recruiting a Senior Corporate Counsel to lead legal operations in Italy within the energy sector. As sole counsel, you will drive subsidiary growth and build compliance systems to ensure transparent operations. The position is permanent and based in Milan.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate international commercial contracts
- Manage project risks
- Provide regulatory updates for the energy market
- Build compliance systems and support subsidiary growth
Required profile
- Over 8 years of experience with a multinational company
- Admitted to practice as a lawyer in Italy
- Fluent in English
- Experience in the power or energy industry is a strong plus
