As the Senior Director of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our regional portfolio by identifying and executing high-impact opportunities in generics and branded medicines.

Missions principales

• Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic growth opportunities across Europe, focusing on generics, complex generics, and established brands near Loss of Exclusivity (LOE).
• Develop and maintain a robust regional Business Development pipeline aligned with global and regional commercial priorities.
• Monitor European regulatory landscapes, reimbursement trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of regional transactions, including product licensing, asset acquisitions, divestments, co-developments, and strategic alliances.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence processes involving Legal, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
• Prepare comprehensive investment documents and present strategic recommendations to senior executive leadership.

Profil recherché

• Proven track record in Business Development within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the European market.
• Deep expertise in managing complex transactions (licensing, M&A, alliances).
• Strong ability to navigate regulatory and reimbursement environments in Europe.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
